Bitnests provides web development, SaaS development, AI solutions, and digital services. We deliver MVPs in 2 weeks with first prototypes in 48 hours.

2. Project Terms

• • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• • 2 weeks delivery timeline for standard projects
• • 3 rounds of revisions included

3. Payment Terms

• • All prices in USD unless stated otherwise
• • Payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or crypto
• • No refunds after project completion
• • Late payments subject to 5% monthly fee

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the delivered code and design. We retain rights to showcase the work in our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

We keep all project details confidential. We won't share your business information with third parties without your permission.

6. Support & Maintenance

• • 30 days free support after launch
• • Bug fixes included for 30 days
• • Additional features billed separately
• • Ongoing maintenance available at extra cost

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We're not responsible for lost profits, data, or business interruption.
